Alerts extension: How to add alerts to a Freshdesk theme

To add an alert, you just need to add one of the following tags to an article:

• alert_info
• alert_success
• alert_warning
• alert_danger

Use the following instruction to add an alert:

1. Create a new article for the alert.

2. Add a tag to display the corresponding alert:

3. There are 4 types of alert tags:

• alert_danger

  
• alert_info
  
• alert_success
  
• alert_warning
  

4. Make sure that you've correct visibility.

5. Save and publish the changes.
